If You Are Having Problems Getting in:

1) First, make sure that you are entering the correct passwords. Many times you did not register the passwords you INTENDED TO. Enter the e-mail address you used below so you can be e-mailed your correct passwords. ALSO: Remember that they are CaSe SenSiTIvE!

2) Sometimes your computer hangs up after you have entered the wrong passwords. You must clear your computer:

In your browser, go to "Tools," then "Internet Options." Under "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Files." Then "Clear History" in the section below that. Now go to the "Advanced" tab at the top an click "Restore Defaults" by clicking the button at the bottom. Shut of your computer and restart it and try your passwords again.

3) If that doesn't work, e-mail us.
